2. What Coloreo is

Coloreo is a personal color guidance app for private use. It analyzes a photo of your face on the phone itself to estimate your color profile and suggest a palette, tips and a rating of your clothes. It requires an iPhone with iOS 18 or later or an Android phone with Android 10 or later.

3. Free plan and Coloreo Plus

Coloreo can be used for free, with these limits: the color analysis and your profile, six colors from your palette, three garment checks and a wardrobe of up to ten items.

Coloreo Plus is a paid subscription that includes the full palette, unlimited checks and wardrobe, outfits, hair and makeup shades, and the analysis history. It is offered as a yearly or weekly subscription. The price of each plan is shown in the app and in the App Store or Google Play before you buy, and may vary by country.

On iPhone, the subscription is purchased and charged through the App Store with your Apple account. On Android, through Google Play with your Google account. Coloreo doesn’t receive or store your payment details.

4. Free trial

The yearly subscription may include a 3-day free trial if you haven’t had a Coloreo Plus trial before. When the trial ends, the first year is charged unless you cancel before then: on iPhone, at least 24 hours before it ends; on Android, at any time before it ends.

5. Automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it before the current period ends. On iPhone, you need to cancel at least 24 hours before, because Apple may charge the renewal to your account during the 24 hours before it expires. On Android, Google Play charges the renewal when the new period starts.

6. How to cancel

On iPhone, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions, choose Coloreo and follow Apple’s instructions.

On Android, open the Google Play app, tap your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, choose Coloreo and tap “Cancel subscription”.

You can also do it from “You › Manage subscription” in the app. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; until then you keep Plus.

7. Refunds

On iPhone, Apple sells and charges for the subscription, so refund requests are handled directly with Apple under its terms. On Android, Google sells and charges for it, so they are handled with Google Play under its terms.

8. Nature of the results

The results are style guidance based on the photo you provide and the light it was taken in. Coloreo does not provide a medical, dermatological or professional service. The result may vary with the light, makeup or hair color. The decision about colors, clothes or products is always yours.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its texts, the palettes, the design and the Coloreo brand are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app, limited to its normal use.

10. Acceptable use

You may not decompile the app, reverse engineer it, resell it or exploit it commercially, except where a mandatory law allows it. Nor may it be used for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms other people or the service.

11. Availability and changes

The app may be updated, modified or withdrawn. We will let you know about significant changes to these terms through an appropriate channel, such as the app itself or this website, before they apply when the law requires it.

12. Liability

Coloreo does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or that style guidance will produce a specific result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in the above limits the non-waivable rights you have as a consumer.

13. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable rules, without prejudice to the jurisdiction and rights that consumer law grants you.

14. App Store and Google Play terms

If you download Coloreo from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to anything not covered by these terms. If you download it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
